Rudra Ji Vice President, Assam Bangiya Jyotish and Tantrik Society (Kolkata, 800 years old)

Rudra Ji holds a revered position as the Vice President of the 800-year-old Assam Bangiya Jyotish and Tantrik Society in Kolkata. He is deeply connected to the spiritual heritage of Tara Shakti Peeth and Kamakhiya Devi Peeth, where he has earned a special place of respect. Known for organizing Maha Yagyas in sacred Maha Shamshans, he performs authentic Tantrik practices, invoking the goddesses for peace and prosperity in people’s lives.

Practicing Vedic traditions since the age of 9, Rudra Ji was trained in the Guru Shishya Parampara under the guidance of Shree Paramhans Dyal Ji Maharaj. With over 25 years of experience in Astrology and Vastu, his approach remains rooted in the traditional ways of Vedic sciences, strictly following the path laid out by his Gurus.

Even with his vast experience, Rudra Ji’s life is a reflection of humility, as he continues to uphold the teachings and values passed down to him by his spiritual mentors.

Rudra Bharan

In this session, we will take you on a journey of alleviating your spiritual, emotional and physical pain through the ‘Rudra Bharan’. In the Vedic literature, there are 33 gods and goddesses, amongst which Rudra forms 11 manifestations of Mahadev Shiva, the preserver and destroyer. These Ekadasha Rudra or 11 forms of Shiva are responsible for creating as well as curing life. Rudras are incharge of holding the “Praana” or the life force inside our bodies. These 11 forms also represent themselves as 11 energies flowing inside us as a bridge to physical, emotional and spiritual self. These divinities manifest themselves in the human body and the environment, bringing harmony and disharmony in human life. Any imbalance in these rudras or energies can cause diseases, pain and a threat to life. Hence it is important to balance rudras to bring harmony of health, wealth and happiness.

Through the ‘Rudra Bharan’ yog practiced in this session, you will be able to channel the specific energy flow of the body. This ancient technique of yog is a combination of mudras and praana (the balance of vayu tatwa and akash tatva in body), thus bringing spiritual peace and harmony to the rudra energies in our physical plane. This ancient practice is passed on as blessings from guru to shishya in “Sadashiva tradition of jatadharis”. Join us at the session for breaking the barriers of pain for harmony blessed life.

Raksha Sutra

At the end of the session, participants will receive a Raksha Kavacham or Raksha Sutra—a sacred thread offering protection from harm and evil forces. This thread ensures divine guidance in making the right choices and living a life of good deeds.

Crafted with two Kamalgatta beads at the center, the sutra symbolizes Shiva and Shakti (space and time), bound by knots that represent the cosmic union of these forces. Surrounding the central beads are two red Chandan beads, favored by Kaal Bhairava, followed by four knots on each side, symbolizing the Ashta Bhairavas (eight forms of Bhairava). These knots, infused with mystic power, align time and space to the auspicious Ashtami, invoking the blessings of the eight Lakshmis, bringing prosperity and protection into life.

This year’s *Bheeshan Bhairav Maha Yagya* is dedicated to *Bhīṣaṇa Bhairav*, the fierce and formidable form of Bhairav known for destroying negative forces and offering protection. Bhīṣaṇa Bhairav’s energy helps cleanse deep karmic debts, shields against evil influences, and brings material and spiritual prosperity. For participants, this Maha Yagya will offer spiritual purification, health benefits, and inner strength, while clearing obstacles that hinder progress. Blending Vedic and Tantrik rituals, the Yagya is a powerful opportunity for personal transformation, fostering protection, abundance, and well-being. Additionally, the positive energies generated will extend to the broader community, contributing to collective harmony.
